The spacious master bedroom features a king sized pillow top bed. You’ll also enjoy the privacy of a master bath.
The second bedroom features a queen sized pillow top bed.
The third bedroom features a twin over Full Sized Bunk bed.
There is also a second full bathroom upstairs.
On the main level you’ll enjoy a fully furnished kitchen, patio, and living room area. The living room also offers a queen sized sleeper sofa.
Townhome has central heating and air conditioning.
The townhome complex features an outdoor pool and hot tub. Also, a clubhouse with an exercise room, children's play ground, and volleyball pit.

Terms
• There is a local sales/lodging tax rate of 12% on each reservation.
• Check In: After 3 p.m. / Check Out: 11 a.m.
• Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
• Upon confirmation of your reservation request, you will be billed in advance, to your credit card a 25% deposit.
• The Charge will be displayed as “The Rock Cottage” on your credit card statement.
• Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
• Smoking Policy: No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in this unit.
• Cancellation Policy: You will be refunded 90% of your deposit if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior
to check-in dates. If the cancellation is less than 30 days notice, then the deposit will be non-refundable,
but may be applied to any other available dates.
Pet Policy
If you will be traveling with your pet, please contact us for more information on our small Townhome unit.
We do not, under any circumstances, allow pets in The Rock Cottage, or the Large Townhome. Please do not bring your pets or ‘sleep over’ animals from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, to these units. Any violation will result in an immediate charge to your credit card of $200.00.
While we appreciate pets, we cannot allow them all of our properties. Many of our guests choose to stay with us because of our pet free and low allergen homes. Your cooperation of our “pet policy” is greatly appreciated and will ensure that your visit, and visits of our future guests will be enjoyable.
